"The district has been associated with Baxsys since 1994. At that time, the district was experiencing several problems with technology and technology integration. Baxsys offers the knowledge, skill and experience in design, evaluation and assessment of technology integration and network systems.

Baxsys assisted the district to develop specifications and design for fire alarms, clocks and intercom systems. They integrated telephone, TV and computer telecommunication infrastructure and strategies to be effective and cost efficient.

Baxsys has improved the coordination between the various communication groups. The lack of communication resulted in disjointed efforts creating an atmosphere of "finger pointing" instead of a mutual effort to solve common problems. Baxsys served as an effective liaison to eliminate this waste. Their efforts have increased accountability, and stretched the district's dollars and improved maintenance.
